2019-2021 Miss Rodeo Airdrie
Brooke Fielding

Brooke is an outgoing, genuine 19 year old. Born in Calgary, she spent her early childhood in the beautiful rocky mountains of Bragg Creek. After wanting to pursue their equine dreams, her family relocated to a large acreage in the foothills of Water Valley, where Brooke spends countless hours fully immersed in the farming lifestyle.

Currently, Brooke is in her second year at the University of Calgary working towards a Bachelor of Science in Biology, specializing in zoology. Her goal is to pursue a career in either veterinary medicine like her mother, or achieve her masters in physiotherapy to work on equines and equestrian athletes. Since owning her first pony, Brook has competitively shown in all disciplines of English riding and recently joined the western community where she became involved in extreme cowboy and riding for the Calgary Stampede Showriders in 2018. She is passionate about personal fitness, reading, dance, modeling photography and travel.

The opportunity to be an active role model in the community through the sport of rodeo is why Brooke is pursuing royalty. She hopes she can share her experiences and passion of the lifestyle, to positively impact people while also pushing her own personal development.

2019-2021 Airdrie Pro Rodeo Princess
Haley Hartwell

Haley is a driven 19 year old from Cochrane, Alberta. She has a huge passion for the equine industry and has been riding horses since she was 5 years old. Most of her childhood was spent showjumping, and it wasn't until she was a teenager that she began focusing on the Western discipline. Since then, she has focused on numerous different styles of riding, from Western dressage to extreme cowboy racing.

Growing up, if Haley wasn't on the back of her horse she was the the rink. Ringette was a huge part of Haley's childhood and it taught her a variety of skills that she couldn't learn from horses. She was also heavily involved in high school leadership.  In 2019, Haley began her first year of Agriculture Management at Olds College, where she hopes to pursue her degree in Agribusiness. She hopes to be able to combine her love for the Western way of life with her interest in the business industry. Haley chose to run for royalty because she knew it was the perfect combination of everything she is passionate about. Haley was excited by the idea that she could be just like the role models she looked up to when she was younger.
