Did you know?

2010 marks our 43rd year of rodeo in Airdrie. We are not-for-profit and 100 % volunteer driven.

We are part of the Wrangler Canadian Rodeo Tour, a high profile, high excitement, talent-driven tour.

We are just a short 20 minute drive from Calgary.

We offer family-friendly fun with seats right up close to the action at no extra charge.

We offer free parking and free camping at the rodeo grounds.

We have dual approval with the Canadian Professional Rodeo Association (CPRA) as well as with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).

2009 rodeo in review

Wow, what an amazing 5 days at the Airdrie Pro Rodeo. World Champs and Canadian Champs were part of our record number of contestants (630 +) that competed for more than $125,000. That was more cowboys and cowgirls than at any other Canadian Professional Rodeo Association event. Some of our highlights include a rock’n kick off party and dance, trick riders at every performance, a successful Tough Enough to Wear Pink night, new live bands playing every night. We ended the five days with a bang as we crowned the 2010 Miss Rodeo Airdrie, enjoyed the Canada Day celebrations and fireworks.
